Make it an event for the entire church

-
Can be carried out along with other lay training programs

Make it a big event (Start promotion long before the ceremony)
- Can be an effective promotion for the next training.
-
A golden opportunity for the pastor to share their discipleship training ministry philosophy
through the sermon
-
An effective way to promote the value of discipleship and leader training (Graduation
