Orientation plays a very important role in discipleship training. It motivates the trainees to determine and focus throughout the training. Thus orientation has the following principles. If the leader bears in mind these principles and fosters an atmosphere that respects these principles for the trainees, leadership training will progress successfully.
Five Principles of Orientation
1. Be decisive and firm.
2. Be strict.
3. Be intensive.
4. Be clear and definite.
5. Be neat and tidy.
Orientation Content
The content of the orientation is divided into the content providing practical information of the training and the content instilling proper attitudes in trainees.

Tardiness and absence -We should neither get sick nor die! attitude, penalty |

Responsibilities of the trainees (Respect for the leader, receive the content of the training with joy, and etc.) |

Forbidden items (money and stock dealing, selling, and etc. amongst the trainees) |
