For the past 40 years, God used Disciple Making Ministries International to build healthy churches in Korea. Discipleship training is not just one of many different ministry tools that we can choose. Discipleship training is the essence of the visible church and is the biblical ministry which Jesus Christ personally exemplified and commanded.

More churches are becoming healthy and stable through discipleship training ministry. There is an increasing number of pastors today who are greatly interested in building healthy churches through discipleship training. I don’t believe this is a temporary theological trend. How do you train and equip the members of your church to become lay ministers or leaders? Discipleship training ministry is the conclusion I’ve drawn 45 years ago and still hold today; countless fellow pastors have joined me in that quest.

In this regard, DMI exists to serve you and partner with you to build healthy churches. Our ultimate mission is to provide and share all the resources you need to build a healthy and balanced church.

Discipleship training is our task, not an option. My vision is to see the clouds of disciples of Christ around the world.
