1. Take a careful look at the discipleship training application. Examine whether or not there is an applicant who does not meet the requirements to receive discipleship training. If there are those who are not qualified, carefully advise them to apply next time.
 
Discipleship Training Application Requirement
  1. Church Membership: At least 1 year of membership after registering with this church
  2. Baptism: Saints who were baptized at least 3 years ago
  3. New Members’ Class: Saints who have completed the New Members’ Class
  4. Nurturing Process: QT Seminar (completed within the last 3 years) and have graduated from the Old and New Testament Panorama Classes.
    * Exception: Bible College or Doctrine College graduates (1-year program) need only to complete the QT Seminar class.
  5. Age: Regular Discipleship Training Class ages 35–58
    60+ Discipleship Training Class ages 60 and older
  6. Upper Room (Small Group): Saints who have been serving in an Upper Room for at least 1 year continuously
  7. Service: Those who can serve in various church ministries with joy during Discipleship Training (e.g., Parking duty, Worship duty, etc. for 1+ year)
  8. The saints who can place training as their number one priority and dedicate themselves until they are sent out as lay leaders through Discipleship Training, Leadership Training, and Evangelism Training.
  9. Saints who accept all content of the Discipleship Training with sincere obedience and joy.
  10. Saints who are married can get a spousal agreement to participate in the Discipleship Training.
  11. Before committing to the Discipleship Training, saints who have no serious health issues and have good moral standing.
  12. Saints who can serve on an international outreach team during summer vacation.


2. The pastors in charge should carefully examine the applications of those who meet the qualifications for discipleship training and make comment (the applicants personality, family and the surrounding circumstances, and readiness to receive discipleship training) on the upper right end of the application form.

3. Discipleship Training Selection Committee should carefully examine the applications with the comments made by the pastors in charge, and then select appropriate number of the trainees.
